GRAPES Syrah, Nero d'Avola
PHYSICAL AND ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES Ruby red colour. Round and penetrating bouquet with a scent of berries. Aromatic persistence. Well balanced tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°C.

Wine-making process Maceration for 10 days, fermentation temperature 25°- 28° C., stirring every 3 hours for the first 3 days, then twice a day.
Ageing After malolactic fermentation, 4 months in steel tank and min. 2 months in bottle.
Quantity 75 cl.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS white meat, roasts, game and mild cheeses.
