PHYSICAL AND ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES Strong ruby red colour. Rich, deep and fruity bouquet (cherry, raspberry). Full, persistent and harmonious flavour. Marked presence of tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C.

Ageing After malolactic fermentation, 10 months in steel tank, part in barriques, and min. 6 months in bottle.
