The restaurant
In the small restaurant that is now operating
in the estate, our guests will be able to taste the delicious
local folk cooking, and with the knowing hand of the owner,
Francesco Spadafora, will enjoy just the right wine to go
with it.
The tasty dishes that you'll find at the table are made with
fresh vegetable picked from the yard next to the restaurant,
or with fish coming from the nearby fishing city of Mazzara
del Vallo. And don't forget the true specialty of the house...
